Death was sudden and my Mother was gone, however, we were prepared. 

A decision was made while she was still living, healthy and happy, able to ask me to follow through her requests. She picked the music, the words, the photos to use, her faith quotes and then spent time writing out her story. She pondered, what would she leave behind for many to remember her by was the key component for her now. 

This whole exercise was done with dignity and acceptance that this would be her last wishes as she left this world. She new many could not come to celebrate her passing due to age, health issues and distance, so we set out to present a powerpoint for those to celebrate her. 

Melissa was the next key component in this transition. We had the template for the memorial of her life, now we just needed a competent person who could put it all together.  

Melissa did in fact do that for me. With pride in her work, and gentle care of my state, she worked diligently to put together a beautiful presentation for my mother and her passing. Tears rolled down my cheek as I clicked on to each page of this presentation. I was proud of the result and I know my mother would be also. 

Melissa’s cleverness to make it all flow, offer ideas, and execute the process were flawless. I truly recommend her to anyone with this service she provides. 

Please note, the people you love who are living right now will die, and if you have this prepared, grief becomes beauty quickly. We want to honor our loved ones, everyone needs to have that conversation with that person, that way everyone is happy in the process.
