I know firsthand how much goes into running a business because before launching Admin by Mel HQ, I spent over nine years running my own family daycare business. From compliance and communication to managing schedules, paperwork and the constant mental load, I understand what it feels like to wear all the hats at once.
Combined with my background supporting a national power supply company, those experiences built the foundation for the support-driven business I run today.
